The City Attorney is requesting additional legal fees for outside counsel to fight the frivolous lawsuits attempting to revive the Venice Dell project.
Please take a minute ASAP to send this easy one click email to all Councilmembers, supporting the City Attorney’s request.

Look for a Validation Email from the City Clerk to authorize your submission in order for it to be entered into the Council File.
The City Council meeting for this subject (agenda item 22, including a closed session) is tomorrow, January 28th, so emails must be sent today, ASAP!
When we last needed you to address the Council’s Budget & Finance Committee you responded with 300 emails in 24 hours- thank you for that, now let’s please do it again! And please share with everyone you can- numbers count!
